What Is Included

Our snagging inspection service is one of the most thorough and comprehensive on the market and here is what is included when booking our services. Our snagging inspections will cover all aspects of your home including any landscaped areas and any outbuildings such as garages or carports.

We also provide a thermal imaging service which comes as standard with all our inspections, totally free of charge. We like to provide this free service as we believe that this is imperative when snagging any new build property. This is because of the benefits that thermal imaging can provide as it is perfect for identifying cold bridging, insulation voids, poor installation or faulty window/door sets and is key in ensuring that the heating system is running efficiently.

Other important aspects of the home are also checked during our inspections which include plumbing and electrics, insulation, safety compliance and much more.  We like to leave all of our clients after any inspection, feeling confident in what has been covered, what has been logged with sufficient evidence, and we will be sure to leave no stone unturned. By identifying any major or minor issues early on within the builder’s two-year warranty period, this will save you a lot of headache and any disappointments in the long run!  We have listed some brief examples below of what can be expected to be checked during our snagging inspections below.
